Office Manager – Kirkby, Liverpool -  £32,000

Are you an experienced Office Manager or Office Supervisor looking to progress in your career?

The Role:

  • Play an active role as a member of the Senior Management Team
  • Day to day office management including recruitment, training, performance management
  • Overseeing admin, telephony, IT, HR and Accounts
  • Ordering stationery and IT equipment
  • Providing support to the Plumbing and Drainage Managers
  • Maintains in day and on call engineers schedules
  • Preparing reports
  • Implementing and maintaining processes and procedures
  • Financial oversight including invoicing, purchasing, processing of payments, liaison with outsourced accounts team
  • Reporting on key financial information for companies in the Group to ensure that the company is profitable
  • Ensure financial compliance with FCA regulations
  • Fulfilling specialist orders
  • Monitor new business
  • Manage PPM accounts
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers and visitors to the office
  • Manage customer experience to the highest possible standards and maintaining great customer relations
  • Overseeing the CAT team
  • Overseeing procurement
  • Assisting with key projects and systems implementation
  • Design and deliver creative and engaging social media strategies and manage the day-today handling of all social media channels
  • GDPR – ensuring data protection is adhered to
