Scheduler / Customer Service – Liverpool - £22,000 per annum

40 hours per week 

Are you an experienced Customer Service Advisor, Sales Advisor, Complaints Handler, Planner or Scheduler looking for an office based role in Kirkby?

Do you have a background working in an office or call centre environment?

Are you looking for a brand new challenge as a Customer Service / Scheduler?

The Role:

You will enable our skilled operatives to maximise productivity and customer service excellence. You will assist in delivering customer appointment and working with the engineers to maintain SLA’s. You will deliver the engineers workload, keeping customers updated on any delays that may occur throughout the day. You will handle inbound calls and work with our CRM system. You will provide data and business information on request.

· Ensuring customer demands are met through allocation of work to engineers

· Keeping customers updated via phone on status of appointments

· Monitoring engineer activity, ensuring early dispatch and attendance of first job

· Providing world-class Customer Service via phone, email and other communication channels

· Escalating problems to Managers when needed

The Hours are:

7:30 – 4:30 Monday to Wednesday

7:30 - 6pm Thursday (additional hours accrued and taken in Lieu)

 7:30 – 11:30 Friday

 8:00 – 12:00 Sunday

· Excellent customer service skills

· Experience working in a fast-paced customer service or sales environment

· Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbally

· Strong IT skills, including knowledge and experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and e-mails

· Excellent administration skills with strong accuracy and attention to detail

· Highly organised and have great prioritisation skills

· Strong sense of urgency, follow through and attention to detail
