Customer Care Administrator  - Warrington – Part Time

£23,500 Pro Rata – 26.5 hours per week

About the Business

Job Purpose:

Working as part of a small team, the Customer Care Administrator will support the Customer Care & Recoveries departments in completing administrative duties. Supporting the Customer Care department by working the customer mailboxes to ensure good outcomes are delivered and SLA is met across the operation. Working offline tasks such as settled accounts – this would include: - remaining devices, moving buckets, cancelling direct debits down, removing HPI marker off vehicles. Supporting the management team by moving the buckets daily ensuring they progress within the Collections strategy, using the Collections journey to help with this.

Responsibilities:

Administrative duties will include key tasks such as:

  • Completing daily collections bucket movement – using the customer journey process to ensure all accounts are checked and worked to progress within the Collections strategy.
  • Ensuring all settled accounts have been correctly managed – this includes good and bad closures.
  • Completing all right to rectification requests sent in.
  • Supporting and updates compliance with DSARs.
  • Checking credit balance requests are actioned within SLA. Working with Finance during this process.
  • Actioning all work that comes through the TDX portal.
  • Supporting all mailboxes - works the emails that come in.
  • Completing ad-hoc admin requests as instructed by the Customer Care Management Team

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Works effectively in a fast paced environment
  • Experience of a fast paced and changing environment
  • Experience of an outbound calling environment
  • Ideally will have worked in a regulatory environment
