Admin Co-ordinator - £24,000 – Alton/Farnham

Full Time – Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (37.5 hours)

The Company

You will be working for a company called Klima who are a specialist Air Conditioning company based in Alton/Farnham. No previous experience or knowledge of air conditioning is required, as Klima will provide all training as necessary.

Office Administrator

As an Admin Co-Ordinator for Klima, you will be required to:

  • Answer inbound phone calls and directing as necessary.
  • Filing
  • Manage office supplies and be responsible for the maintenance of the office equipment
  • Provide admin support to the contract managers and site-based staff including H&S documentation, ordering supplies, research, timesheets etc.
  • Creating and maintaining records to conform to company and industry standards.
  • Management of company vehicles.
  • Keep records of all employee training, holidays and onboarding of new employees.
  • Distributing weekly toolbox talks to site-based staff.
  • Manage maintenance and service work , quoting, booking and invoicing.
  • Manage company accreditation both industry and H&S.

 

Skills & Experience Required

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and sub contractors.
  • Experience of working in an admin role.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Time management skills
  • Excellent planning and problem solving skills.
  • Knowledge of accounts beneficial.
