Over the last 25 years, I've worked across executive talent search through to global recruitment process outsourcing and consulting services across many industries. These great learning experiences teach that recruiting is complex and critical to the success of any business. Getting it right sows the seeds of reputation and gives greater return than almost any training. Life outside of work is to enjoy my family, DIY projects, a menagerie of pets and my motorbike (not always in that order!)
